We definitely have some low carb recipes to try. We make "healthy" buffalo wing bites with boneless skinless chicken that I'm going to try in the air fryer soon.

We are learning the hard way to cut back on the temp of this thing by 50 degrees. The instructions said 425 degrees for 15 minutes. I set the air-fryer at 400 and 12 minutes later, this is the result...
