Hi all!
The site is FINALLY back up and running. It appears the forum database became corrupted to the point that it could not be repaired. After several attempts to repair the Microsoft SQL Database, and a handful of conversations with the hosting company, it was determined a complete site restore was the only course of action. Therefore the site was restored from server backups done on August 17, 2021.
Any posts made during the two week period after the 17th are lost. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, but at least we are back up and running, and I can finally breathe a sigh of relief!
I now have some forum maintenance to do, including some MAJOR updates because of upcoming PHP protocol changes.
In the mean time, feel free to repost anything posted after August 17th, and I will keep you informed on upcoming updates, including likely forum outages, during the software upgrades (which will be our first major system upgrades since the forum's start).

P.S. As with many, my life has had some major changes with the onset of COVID-19. And like many all around country, we are extremely short staffed at work (we have more bus routes than drivers), so I have been busier than I want to be. Hopefully I'll be able to start spending more time here!
