Its a stormy day here and I'm cooking a 10 pound ham from costo today, came out great. I don't like to use the barrel in the rain due to the lid collecting water that spills when you take the lid off

That DOES look pea... excuse me, delicious! Did you do anything other than add the peaches?

It has the package of glaze that came with it added, I used the peaches since I was out of pineapple

As you mentioned Costco. If you haven't tried the unsliced ham leg piece they sell. I highly recommend it. Very good

The rain water on the lid is great for steaming veggies :P
