PORK TENDERLOIN
« Reply #-1 on: February 27, 2013, 07:44:06 PM »
$5.50 for a pork tenderloin at Krogers. Threw it on the PBC for a quick supper item. Rubbed it with Big Poppa's Championship rub and flipped it after twenty minutes. Put the Maverick in it and jerked after twenty more minutes and a 165 IT.  It was OK, but I think I prefer salt/pepper/garlic coating. Wife loved it. Actually, I like cold boneless pork loin, next day, on a bun with mustard/mayo/dill pickle slices. Hey, it isn't rocket science, you know!  ;) ;D :-*  OD

YUM! I haven't done a tenderloin in ages. Looking at this makes me want to go get one.

Looks good OD, looks like you are getting a lot of use from the PBC! I just did two tenderloins and used a lot of garlic, love that stuff! Don

I am with you OD and Don- sometimes - simple ingredients are all you need. As long as garlic is one of them! ;)

I second the motion!  There is very little in the world of food that cannot be improved by the addition of garlic or chocolate -- but not both  ;)
