CDN Smoker -- yes I put 3 racks in one foil and 2 in another.

LA --- I have thought about upgrading my smoker. That ECB was the first smoker (and only one) I have had. I bought it 7 years ago when I first tried to learn how to do respectable ribs after years of flame kissed disasters. I have watched with interest some of the pellet smokers you guys use, but that little R2D2 I use is very dependable. The electric element stays the same temp no matter what and the smoke is reproducible. That is hard to give up, but one of these days-----!
