Just what I was thinking! Sometimes they are hard to find, but when I do I scoff them up.

Just a note, that pit barrel does a very nice job on those ribs. Nice product.

Post by: Ka Honu on December 29, 2013, 04:17:45 PM: I did BBRs and dino bones (beef ribs) last week in the PBC (photos on another post somewhere) and was amazed (but not really surprised) at how well both came out. As long as you run with a full basket of charcoal, that thing is pretty much idiot-proof. Knock wood, but I haven't had a "fail" yet.
