Had another idea tonight. Trying a cheese bread recipe I’m perfecting
3 Tbs coconut flour
2 Tbs starter. Make some and keep it ready at all times
2 Tbs Vital Wheat Gluten
Pinch ot salt
6 Ths water (warm). Coconut flour sucks up moisture so you will a lot more than almond flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix well let rise for an hr or more then flatten out let rise another 30 mins then bake 400 degrees or in air fryer set to 400 for about 6 mins
