After getting an oil change this morning I went to Terranova's Supermarket, a New Orleans local Italian Grocery for some good Italian sausage and couldn't resist getting some of their Hogshead Cheese.
So, I'm having that with some saltine crackers and a cold beer.
Super meaty with a nice spice to it!
Oh, and I also picked up one of their stuffed artichokes for later. Mmmmmm.......!!!!!!

Those Saltines look great with that Hogshead Cheese. I could eat a lot of that. Very tasty.

I love good hothead cheese, scrapple, souse and even liver mush. Only have so much time...why not try something new when you can?

I love good hothead cheese...
No surprise there (and it will do you no good to claim it as a Spellcheck mistake).
Jus' sayin'...
