All done and bottled up!
Ran smoke from an A-Maze-N 5x8 pellet smoker for four hrs and a temp around 125 to 150. Hard to keep it at a good temp because it was hot out and Bradley's are not that great at temp control. Started at 9:40 am and pulled at 5:50 pm
While I was smoking the habaneros I tossed in some pumpkin seeds and pistachios
After the peppers were dried I tossed them in a grinder (dedicated grinder) only thing I use it for
and ground to a very fine grind for rubs.
OH by the way if you look close you will see I had a fan running behind me when I was grinding the peppers, believe me found out the hard way this is a good thing to do
