Title: Walleye Fish Tacos
Post by: zueth on June 22, 2021, 08:08:38 PM
I went walleye fishing and caught a bunch of walleye so it was time to make fish tacos in the air fryer.  I did flour, egg wash, then panko and sprayed lightly with olive oil, I cooked them at 400 for 6 minutes.  They turned out really good, we used small tortillas, fish, shredded cabbage, shredded cohost cheese, a fish taco white sauce I made, and salsa.

Yum! I grew up eating Walleye. Haven't had it in years.

Those look great. Would catch those on occasion on a small lake I grew up on. I can remember being surprised by their sharp teeth when I was 9 or so.

I've never had Walleye.  I like fish though so I'm sure I would like it.  Those tacos sure look tasty
