Christmas Dinner - Clod
« Reply #-1 on: December 25, 2013, 06:31:27 PM »
Just a couple of quick pics.  SWMBO was hungry, so as soon as it finished resting it was time to eat.

Tinker says Merry Christmas, BTW!

All these gifts, and I get the trash bag full of wrapping paper...

It was around 190-195 when I pulled it, and it rose a little during rest.  It was more a matter of it probing tender.  I cooked it 250-275 until I wrapped in BP and then went 300-325 to finish.

Nice hunk o' beef!

Our cats got the same thing for Christmas.  Even though they 'sampled' the tissue paper before we had a chance to open everything.   ;)
