Title: Mak Lasagne

My wife is still having a hard time coping with the sudden loss of her Mother and so am I for that matter. She was the person that bought me my first Traeger smoker and got me started with BBQ. Paula wanted a comfort food for dinner.. So I made this
Started with some ground beef, onions, chopped up mushrooms and some diced garlic

On to the Mak at 325 to brown and get happy
Added some red wine and red marinara sauce

Simmer down

Mixed up Ricotta cheese, egg and some mozzarella

And done

I know from personal experience, just how hard it is to cook under these types of circumstances, however, once you get going, it does help with the pain, and in the end there is a great meal that all can enjoy and reflect .....

Very nice lasagna Scally!  We hope the pain of grieving gets easier in time for your family, and is replaced by wonderful memories!
