I cooked some pulled pork and babyback ribs for some friends yesterday. Sides were baked beans and quesadillas.
Silent movie time:

That is an outstanding spread. How far in advance do you season your ribs? Do you wrap them in plastic wrap and store in the icebox over night? Dee

I seasoned them the day before, vacuum sealed them and let them rest over night in the fridge.

Wingman, I do the same except I don't use the FoodSaver. I will from now on. Don't know why I have not done that before. Must have been something to do with having once shook hands with an Auburn graduate. Dee

That's American style coleslaw, Cliff... ;D
Sorry, CDN Smoker, I usually don't use a recipe for the beans and cook them to taste.
However, here's my coleslaw recipe:
Dressing:
6 TBS apple cider vinegar
6 TBS mustard
4 TBS ketchup
2 TBS mayonnaise
2-3 TBS yoghurt
1 TBS salt
½-1 tsp cayenne
Blend all wet ingredients and let them rest for 10-30 minutes
1 cabbage, shredded
2 small carrots, shredded
1 big onion, shredded
5 green onions, cut in slices
1 tsp celery seeds
10-12 TBS sugar
mix together all these veggie stuff, then add the dressing and mix it all well

WC, thanks for the coleslaw recipe
