Title: Leftovers

Friday, I went up ti visit with Hub and try out some ideas for Contest Chicken.  Well, as you can imagine if your ever doen this before, there was a lot of beautiful thigh meat left over after the trim.  So, of course, the first thing I thought of was . . . . . . . . . skewers!

Then I also had run across the little, tiny lamb Porterhouse Steaks that I'd had already seasoned up, so they went on the grill, too.

Looking excellent..we do lots of kabobs at the campground because they are so easy. great cook.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
