I grill salmon 1-3 times a week. Getting close to getting it right.
Mostly farm raised Atlantic salmon, in season wild king etc. salmon.
My favorite way : marinate in teriyaki about an hour, then smoke away from fire for 20-25 min. Salt & lemon.
Sear over hot fire 3-5 min / side to get to a med- med-rare .
Yum, the sweet smoky & salty flavors with the moist salmon in wonderful!
