Title: 10 LBS of Wings on a Kettle
Post by: DAVE MAC on September 05, 2014, 11:08:50 AM
Labor day means Grampy (me) has to cook for The whole family. Boy can they eat! Put a 10lb package of wings on my new toy the Rib-o-lator. A 4 tray ferris wheel for meat. 1 hour and 15 min later crisp. and brown the were gone before I could find my camera. That's a Stok Island Grill with a Weber rotisserie ring attached.

A great way to cook, set it and forget it, oops someone else  used that.

I will get a picture of 4 racks of baby backs taking a ride and post the results.

Dave,

First, Welcome to the forum! :)

Second, nice use of the Rib-o-later. That's a great way to fit a bunch of wings on a kettle!
