Mexican Market had skins for 1.89/lb,got 10 lbs.Rolled up the skin,cut off about 1 inch thick,then cut each roll section in half

Fried in 400F lard about 6-8 minutes till browned and crunchy

Salted and done.Will be great work snacks.Into freezer and refer to keep

This girl really listens when you say "Chicarrones" too!! :) Look great, Spuds! James and I are going to get back on track with the low-carb eating here this weekend, so I might have to do some of those up for snacks!
