Drew (CDN Smoker) requested photos of this set, and when my neighbor to the North asks, well I try to deliver.
My set includes an 8", 10", and 12" pans. The three weigh 12lbs 4oz, which is considerably lighter than cast iron. The thickness is 2-3 mm. After the initial seasoning, which is to boil potato peels in the pans, the pans get better with each use. Also, I would match the non--stick ability of these pans with any non-stick pan available, and these pans do not have any toxic chemicals associated with Teflon and the like. These pans are not cheap but will last a lifetime and give you quality cooks time after time.

They sound like a good investment Gene.

I'm going to check them out. Thanks, Gene.

I will be opening the 10 inch pan in a week on my birthday. I view all my pans as heirlooms. All Clad, Le Creuset, and now De Buyer.

Thank you Sir, I have been looking for a pan that could also be placed in the oven. On my list for down the road.

Sounds like a great set, could be useful as a set I could stock in my RV instead of loading up my cast iron every time I make a road trip. ;)
