Title: Small Cook on a Big Grill
Post by: LostArrow on July 31, 2012, 09:37:50 PM
When cooking a small amount on my big grill I use a charcoal basket & a brick to adjust the size of the fire.
A small fire ( about 1-1&1/2 lbs) & a chunk of wood on one end 1 lb chop on other end for 20 min for a kiss of smoke, then directly over fire for 5 min each side.
