FTC and head to the stadium for the tailgate

So we have out our chairs and table - with chips, veggies and ranch dip. People around us are grilling, struggling with charcoal, and trying to keep their gassers lit in the wind. And there we sit with the table and the chips and dip. Until I break out the cutting board and the cooler with the brisket in it. All the tailgaters downwind came over when I unwrapped the brisket, wondering where it came from. LOL.

Very well planned and executed. A class act in any tailgating event. Definitely not your first Rodeo!

How long did you cook it and at what temp?

14 hours @225F with BD Hickory pellets.

I put it in about 1730 and it came off about 0730 the next morning.
