Post by: GusRobin on January 25, 2015, 09:29:54 PM
Decided to make some BB on Old Smokey.
Rubbed and on the grill.

All done

The complete plate with beans, slaw and some sous vide corn on the cob

The ribs were great. The sous vide corn was something I will definitely do again.
Had this for dessert. They weren't kidding when they said "hot"

You use Tendarub on those ribs? Plate looks fantastic! Did you SV the corn with anything? We won't have corn for another 7 months

used a rib rub from this place called Lucille's. I put butter and Cajun seasoning on the corn, vac sealed and then sous vide for 1.5 hrs.

Gus is Lucilles a BBQ restaraunt chain? If so I have their rubs too.

I found them to be alright but really high in salt content.

Ribs look great and we always have corn here. But it never looks good.
