Sorry I haven't been on lately.. Personal crap and life gets busy but I have still been cooking!

Everything looks amazing-- I'm with Pappy, would love to hear more about the gyros!   And that sauce for the tandori chicken marsala!

Don't know how you do it Scally but the temp here today is -30 and -46C with the windchill.

Same temps here, The Mak does all the work for for me, and its right outside my patio door.
