Title: Prime Ribeye over Charcoal
Post by: LostArrow on September 03, 2012, 11:09:22 AM
Finally cooked my first Prime Ribeye .
Simple seasoning K-Salt & pepper.
It weighed 18 oz. cooked hot & fast 5 min side one & 3 min side two.
Came out between rare & med rare, very tender, my wife even liked it!
Next time I'll use Awake -A-Steak as seasoning ( it's really growing on me)
