Title: Pulled Pork, sausage variations and more

Yesterday I cooked a boneless pork butt of 9,5 lbs for some guests.

As my guests arrived, I plated up some quesadillas as an appetizer.

As starter I cooked some variations of sausages: one bigger sausage wrapped in bacon with a topping of sauerkraut, cream chesse and some rub, mini wieners wrapped in tapenade and bacon on mustard sauce, bratwurst wrapped in rocket, tapenade and a tortilla and some zucchini-feta-rolls. Unfortunatelly I don't have any pictures of grilling the sausage, so here's only one pic of the plate.

Here are some few pics I took from the pork butt, that was pulled and served with cole slaw and a homemade south carolina mustard sauce.

For dessert I cooked some halfed peaches with dark and white chocolate and grilled pralines and plated it up with some walnut ice cream.
