Title: Beef Ribs
Post by: highball on May 29, 2015, 09:14:30 PM
This was my first time cooking beef ribs on this cooker in the 2 plus years I have had it. I filled the fire basket half way and hung the meat right over the coals. The ribs only had olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning on them, 3 and a half hours and they are done just the way I like them.
The coals had just about burned out so it worked out great
