Couple center loin cut chops coated with Penzy's Rocky Mountain seasoning...

Memphis fired up with flame zone insert. 3 minutes, rotate, 3 minutes, flip, 3 minutes, rotate. Thermapen check showed 140F...

Plated with Texas Toast and steamed veggies. Veggies were dusted with BP's Little Louie's Garlic Salt. So good!...

I see why you called 'em "Quick Chops."  It's not because of how long they took to cook...
