Like most people I like to play with a new cooker , so even though I usually use charcoal in honor of my New (used) Genesis I've been getting used to the new cooker by using it.
Since gas grills add less flavor to food than charcoal I tend to marinate & season more.
Pork steak ( looks like thinly sliced shoulder) marinated with Italian dressing , Worshshire sauce & liquid smoke.
Seasoned with a generic steak seasoning & grilled on the Weber.
Served with baked potatoes.
Really good! Better than expected!

I brined a couple of loin chops tonight. Really juicy. Gonna make a couple like yours LA later this week.
