Wild sockeye salmon grilled on my new (16 y/o ) weber.
They don't make 10 lb cast iron grates like this anymore.
Great sear , used McCormick salmon rub , really tasty !
Served with green beans & yellow rice pilaf.
Came out med-rare like I like.
