Title: Indian style shish kabob
Post by: africanmeat on September 10, 2015, 02:40:01 PM
My wife got 2 lb of minced beef , got home and asked me to do something interesting for supper with the meat (no burgers this time ).
so i mix it with curry powder ,black pepper ,salt ,garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli powder and 1/2 a cup of yogurt .
mix well and allowed it to rest for 2 hours .
on to metal skewers and on a hot fire .

Very interesting approach to a kabob.  I must try this one of these days.
