I made me new stainless steel Skewers .
so for my first try run i did Turkish kabobs .
lamb with cilantro ,cumin ,salt,black pepper,garlic and allspice .
fresh salad , tahini and harissa .

Ahron I love lamb so I have to tell you that I'm drooling as I peck this out!

They look similar to the cevapi (case less Serbian or Bosnian sausages) I made a while back. I have some wide skewers that I could probably use like you did. Yours look great, Ahron.

Actually because of this post the other day I am making lamb kabobs tonight! Hopefully they looks as good as yours. Only making tzatziki sauce with them though, don't have any of those other good looking sauces.
