Just got the arged to to a fatty .
1 lb beef 70/30
0.5 lb Mexican chorizo .
1 fried onion
mozzarella cheese
bacon
for the beef mix
salt , black pepper ,onion powder ,garlic powder ,chicken stoke powder ,soda water .
i used cherry wood in the smoker ,smoked it at 250 f for 3 hours.
