Title: Tri-Tip on the Egg

Did a Tri-Tip on my green egg. cooked indirect to 120, then seared at 600 deg

After a second glance, is that a weed burner you're using to start the lump?  Looks like some serious flame..   :) :)

It's a harbor freight weed burner that I have had for a few years, its a real fast way to get your coals going. I use it on my pit barrel mostly.
