Title: New Years Day Dinner
Post by: ACW3 on January 01, 2016, 11:13:26 PM
Keeping things relatively simple today.  I spent the better part of my day in the garage “re-organizing” everything.  I was able to get a burn-in on my new Fire Butler.  Since it was New Years Day, I had to have some pork and sauerkraut with a side of whole potatoes.  I decided to take a small pork loin and put it on my rotisserie on the Weber.  I used some TS-2A that I am testing for Tee.  My wife loves this rub.  Here are three pictures.  Before and after of the pork loin and a plated shot.

The leftovers from this meal will be good, too.  The pork loin was really juicy.  I want to use the rotisserie more often.  Over that hot fire from the Weber, all those juices were sealed in nicely.

Aaron,
Here is a picture of my setup.  The ring simply sets on the 22 1/2 inch Weber.  The ring is about 6 1/4 inches high.

Fits all 22-1/2-inch charcoal kettle grills
Heavy-duty electric motor
Counterbalance for even cooking and less motor wear
One piece spit for greater strength
Wooden rod handle

Check out on Amazon for the Weber Rotisserie.

I hope this helps.  With your metal skills, I expect to see one that you made, soon.
