Title: Bacon Bourbon Cheeseburgers

I don't use my gasser much, I almost feel neglectful, lol. It seems that it has been demoted to mostly keeping things warm after I've cooked them on the other grills I own. In the process of posting "RG's Greatest Hits" on here to show off a tad :) I remembered making these Bubba Burgers that were a big hit with my buddies at a Superbowl one year. Basically I took a plain ole Bubba and applied S&P and threw it on the grill. I made up a bourbon sauce that is sweet (has brown sugar and pineapple juice among other things) and put a little on the meat. Pepper Jack and Bacon joined the party, they LOVE a good burger :P I also fried up some crispy onion straws and threw them on there with some more bourbon sauce, lettuce and tomato. I haven't made these in quite some time, might be time to revisit an old friend!
