Start with 3 racks of baby backs from Sams. Rub with John Henry's Summer Peach rub

On the MAk 2 star with BD Sugar maple and Mesquite

At the three hour mark, time for some foil love with:
butter
Brown sugar
More rub
Honey
Red wine

after 2 more hours, pour off the liquid, de-fat and reduce

Good lookin' ribs!! In fact, good lookin' soup, too!! It's looking like winter will be a bit colder this year. I will be making lots of different soups this year.

A trip to N Houston to their place is worth it.. They let you sample everything before you buy. (tip: bring a bottle of water :o)

I think I need some of that rub. Instead, I make peach-jalapeno jelly to schmear on at the end. Great on anything, pork, chicken, shrimps. Maybe I can dehydrate some peaches and grind them up and add them to my rub. Thanks for the idea. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I ordered stuff from there for 3 years before I ever went in the place.
