Between July & October I bought 4 old grills, 2 Wber Genesis 1000's , A Weber spirit 500, & a Broilking & refurbished them it was a lot of fun , kept 2 & sold for what I had in price & parts the other two to friends. What a great hobby, you buy stuff, get the feeling of accomplishment & then get your money back
Well here's the problem, since October last year the only Genesis 1000 was $250!! I didn't nearly that before parts in the 4 last year combined
No way I could ever recover what I'd have in it after refurbish.
Hopefully some one will buy a new shiny grill over the holidays & I'll get another project.

The first gasser I had looked like that (without the custom shelves, of course)
That was back before I knew what to do with a grill.
Great job on the restoration...

Cool!
Always nice when you enjoy doing something and make a little cash to support a hobby.
