Went with a whole chicken and tri-tip this weekend. Cut the bird down to two halves, which went for a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes per Pit Barrel Cooker Company instructions. Tri Tip was on for 45 minutes. Awesome results again with the PBC 8)

I just ordered my PBC (Thanks Smoke!) Amber was great, answered all of my questions - even knew who I was from the forum! I am looking forward to sneaking my new cooker onto the deck and creating some great meals. I will be posting my cooks and pics as soon as I can.

David it is going to be at least 6 months before the snow is gone and you can cook on it.

Ken - I would normally agree with you... but this year I have decided to be "tough". I am cooking all year on the deck - I bought a new shovel just to get to my cookers... lol... Stay tuned for "Cooking on the Deck From MN"... :)
Cheers,
