Are you sure that isn't a picture of a magazine?  Those are beautiful looking ribs.

Picked a double pack of St. Louis cut untrimmed spares from Sams.  These are really large ribs and I was surprised.

Trimmed with membrane removed and Butt Rub applied.

Vac Pac and in the fridge for one day and than into the freezer to smoke when I am ready.

Butt Rub.

Very nice ribs Art! I like to do mine @225F too, that is when I have the time. ::)
