Ok I will go first!
Beef = Bud, Merlot, coke
Pork = Beer with ribs & white wine with pork chops
Fish = Beer with fried & Most white wines with broiled fish.
Chicken = all of the above LOL Including water.
Pasta= Red wine all kinds & beer & water
Pizza = Beer first a nice light beer because I like to eat lots of pizza. Red wine in the winter at times a nice merlot
I must say water goes well with all meals. Sometimes it is the best drink with a heavy meal.

Beer while outside cooking.
White wine with fish & poultry.
Red wine with everything else.

My approach is similar to La's.
Cold beer whilst cooking
'Cause I'm Italian, red wine with beef, pork and pasta.
Beer with fish, seafood, chicken. Don't drink much white wine except when eating German food or cheese fondue.
*All the above can change in a moments notice!
Limoncello, brandy, bourbon, or rye for dessert! 8)

Depends on the mood, but mostly red wine, beer, or seltzer water. If I have a bottle of Red open I will drink that with anything aside from any sandwich style dinner (burger, cheesesteak, roast or pulled pork, etc...). No bottle of red open, I will either have a beer or seltzer water.
Usually the beer is Yuengling cans, sometimes Victory brewing company seasonal. I still have a few home brew Amber Ales. Coming soon in time for Thanksgiving, is Happle Honey Lager.
