Title: Welding Gloves
Post by: Redsparow1 on October 05, 2016, 02:21:22 AM
I am a bit of a slow learner.  I have used a ton of different gloves around the grill, work gloves, cotton gloves, oven mitts, silicon gloves, on and on....but I just recently discovered welding gloves.  Looking through the forums, I must be the last person to discover welding gloves.  With all my other gloves they either got really dirty, or they didn't protect me from the heat.  I don't care if these gloves get dirty and with the dark color it isn't so obvious and they offer me unrivaled thermal protection...and they are so cheap!  I have spent more on BBQ sauce then I have spent on these gloves.  I just wanted to make this post in case there are any slow learners on here like me, or if I can save one new grill owner from a nasty burn.

  I have a write up here: http://www.backyardmovies.net/welding-gloves/ (http://www.backyardmovies.net/welding-gloves/)

Welding gloves are......"o.k."...But, once I discovered The Original Fryer Glove ( http://www.fryerglove.com ) - nothing else comes close.

They offer additional heat resistance, and - are seamless rubberized exterior which will not adsorb liquids, and are washable.

Welding gloves are really good issue I have is finding a set that fits  :( :( :(

With my hands swollen with arthritis it's hard to find anything gloves that fits.      Even oven mitts don't fit well

After seeing Tee rave about the fryerglove, I bought a pair and must say this is one time Tee was right.  :)
The thing I like about them is the fact that they are washable.
