1 cup all-purpose flour and 1 cup seasoned flour
3 egg whites
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Now for the seasoned flour I used Kentucky Kernel. You may not be able to find it where you live. Technically you could just 2 cups of flour and just season yourself but to me, it never gets seasoned properly that way. With the seasoned flour you don't need to worry about adding your salt and pepper. So this is a double dip kind of senerio. Mix up your wet stuff. Dip your onion, then in the flour, then in your liquid, then back in the flour. Then in the fryer. Maybe that's more than double dip. Lol They are the best onion rings. Enjoy! Thanks all for the kind words!

Hey Steph, what's in the seasoned flour please, so we can recreate it? I always add some cornmeal to mine, .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
