Title: Sousvide flank steak....

Made a tasty flank steak sousvide  the other night.  Finished on the weber with some grilled asparagus and bread.  Topped it all with some homemade  chimichuri sauce.
Asparagus  and bread got a bit charred when someone  came to the door right after  i put them on.  Was very tasty  nevertheless.

And FYI, that bread is just how I like it.
