Closer to 325 to 350 only takes a few seconds or it's overcooked
Hard part was getting each slice in the oil without them sticking together

Been doing that since I was a little kid. Now my daughter loves them. We also spread them out on a foil sheet and top with a little moz cheese and cook them in the oven.

Those look better than Paducah and those were like crack ;) you just can't stop eating them.

Looks fantastic! Need to try that! :)

No way I could pass that up. No way :P :P :P

interesting idea. I'll have to give this a try.
I have a question. Have you tried a thicker cut of pepperoni, like say 1/8" or 1/4" (just cut from the whole length), or is the thin cut part of the experience (sort of crispy like a chip)?

i used precut only because it was quicker. Thicker would work well I bet as long as you don't over cook them
