Title: Grilled Salmon on the Hasty-Bake
Post by: LostArrow on November 15, 2016, 09:24:42 PM
3/4 lb piece of Sockeye.
Seasoned with Salmon Rub ( by McCormick)
Then oiled with Pam
Hot fire , with  2 lbs charcoal.
Seared flesh side for 4 minutes then skin for 3.
Served RARE  8), with green beans , fingerling potatoes & white beans.
The Hasty Bake is a large grill but using a charcoal basket allowed the small amount charcoal to be effective.

Nicely done!  What do you use for a charcoal basket? Great idea!
