Title: Uneven heat on Davy Crockett

Anyone have issues with uneven heat on their Davy Crockett?  My right side is burning considerably hotter.  Heat shield is moved all the way to the right still alot hotter anyone find a solution

I had the same problem, and added one of these:

Much more even temps now, and a somewhat dramatic reduction in pellet usage.
