Title: PBC Whole Chicken

First whole chicken on the PBC. First cook on the PBC when the weather has been above freezing. Currently 55 degrees here in upstate N.Y..

Probably the most flavorful and moist chicken I have ever made. PBC is fantastic.

A little chilly here today, only 67.  8) Tomorrow in high 70's..
