Title: My First Prime Rib
Post by: bamabob on May 07, 2017, 04:08:21 PM: Had never cooked a prime rib before, bucket list scratch-off. Seasoned with just salt & pepper & a little granulated garlic. This was so good.

BamaPat likes hers medium well so I sliced off a piece and put it on the grill for a sear. I tried a bite and it was fantastic. Would make a great sandwich between two pieces of grilled Texas Toast.

Post by: Pam Gould on May 10, 2017, 08:45:47 AM: That plate with the pic of shrooms & onions remind me of a sandwiach they made at The Sidetrack in Manistique, Mi, in thed UP, with the prime rib topped with shrooms & onions & provolone melted on top of a crusty bun, with as Jus on the side.
