Marinated a couple of thick cut pork loin bone in chops in some soy & teriyaki overnight. Grilled low & slow direct on the keg followed with a close to the fire reverse sear. Served with Szechuan spicy stir fry veges & rice. Love the flavors of Chinese and the spice.

Had my camera set on 640 X 480 when I took the photos above. Didn't need to resize, quick upload and post using postimage. really can't tell much difference in having the camera set for highest resolution and uploading and the forum limiting the image size to 800 X 600

Dang I missed this post! I guess I need to check here more often. That looks excellent Bob! I need to do some porkies soon, been a long time since I've eaten a pork chop. Was that Skin's brine?

I think it's similar. As i recall he had pineapple juice in his. I think that would be good too with the soy & teriyaki.
