Title: Crispy Chicken Thighs
Post by: Old Hickory on August 27, 2017, 02:56:35 PM
I had picked up some chicken thighs and noticed there was lot's of loose skin,  okay let's make some crispy skin chicken thighs.  Onto the gasser, using the basket to make flipping all at once easy.

Yep, a little too hot a little too long.  Crispy skin, but some of the tips were a little charred, but even these tips tasted good.  The rest of the chicken was  moist and good.

Ms Hickory made some great potato salad and beans, made for a good dinner.  Next time Tommy I will have some almond flour and make the chicken using your recipe.

Great looking chicken.
I like the way the skin has a little char.
