I have a lot to be thankful for: My 85th birthday celebrated with my wife of 44 yrs Sept 6, 2017. This years crop and Harvest, and this Thanksgiving meal with my Wife. Our two daughters are with their Husbands parents.

We decided on a turkey breast. This one is 5.6#

De-boned O N dry brine, lemon-butter-garlic injection. Rub with butter, S&P and into the bath @ 145* for 7 hrs.

Home made fresh cranberry salad, turkey, homemade cornbread dressing, sweetpotatoe caserole, garlic mashed potatoes, lots of GRAVY, homemade sourdough bread, Cabernet wine.

Ms Hickory's pumpkin pie with strusel topping. I have a lot to be thankful for, and I am the turkey that is stuffed.
